Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Retensi dan Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan Muda: Sebuah Studi Fenomenologi

Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman hidup para profesional kesehatan muda dalam menanggapi perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional dan bagaimana pengalaman ini mempengaruhi retensi dan kinerja yang dirasakan.
Metode: Pendekatan fenomenologi kualitatif, yang dipandu oleh kerangka kerja hermeneutik van Manen, digunakan. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan delapan tenaga kesehatan yang berada di awal karirnya di RS Budi Sehat. Data dianalisis secara tematik, menangkap pola makna yang muncul di seluruh narasi pribadi.
Hasil: Ada tiga tema utama yang teridentifikasi: (1) Motivasi inspirasional sebagai katalisator identitas profesional, (2) Pertimbangan individual yang meningkatkan ketahanan emosional, dan (3) Stimulasi intelektual yang mendorong kinerja yang didorong oleh diri sendiri. Tema-tema ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional menumbuhkan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis dan kepemilikan kinerja.
Kesimpulan: Kepemimpinan transformasional, ketika dianggap otentik dan memberdayakan, memainkan peran yang menentukan dalam membentuk identitas profesional dan retensi pekerja kesehatan muda. Upaya organisasi untuk mengembangkan dan melembagakan praktik kepemimpinan semacam itu dapat meningkatkan stabilitas tenaga kerja dan hasil perawatan.
